This is a recipe I got from a friend of mine. It is really good. He stressed the importance of the frozen Shoepeg White Corn & Butter. It must the frozen stuff. OK, here it is.
2 cans chicken broth 15oz
4 cups chicken (precooked)
1 can cannellini 15oz
1 can navy beans 15oz
1 package Shoepeg White Corn & Butter 10oz
1 tsp. cummin
3/4 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. red pepper
2 cups salsa
1 cup onion (optional)
