eBay Seller Problem

To Whom It May Concern:

I am having what I consider to be a serious problem with a seller on eBay and I was wondering if anyone else has had a problem with a seller on eBay? My biggest problem is what I perceive to be eBay's lack of interest in getting involved in what is a clear case of seller abuse and deception. I intend to blog about this event in great detail after some sort of resolution is obtained. But in the meantime I wanted to ask for comments from anyone who has had a negative experience while dealing on eBay. Buyers and sellers welcome.

I have an update on this post. I have now nearly resolved this problem and am working on an essay that reflects my experience. I have many facts to display and would like to get then straight before I post. The post will be huge and so I am going to work out the details of actually how to post it. Instead of making one gigantic post, I might have several posts with each reflecting one day of an unfolding drama. That way I can add the necessary detail to ensure accuracy; and even throw in an opinion or two or ten. Thanks for reading.
