This is a Lithograph my mother bought in the 70's and is wondering what it's worth. She has a certificate for it. I'll have to photograph it and post it as well.
Update: This is a numbered and signed "Original Lithograph" of the work Moulin Rouge by Philippe Noyer. Printed in 1978 in the workshop Grapholith, Paris. 100% Rag Paper, Approx. 23" x 31.5". Purchased Aug. 22nd, 1979. Certificate of Authenticity No. 011335 (to be scanned and added to this photo album).
